Receive Your Notary Commission Certificate

Once your application is approved, you will receive your official notary commission certificate, granting you the authority to perform notarial acts.

Purchase a Notary Seal or Stamp

North Dakota law requires notaries to use an official seal or stamp that includes their name, "Notary Public," "State of North Dakota," and commission expiration date.
